When I first heard of Rush Fit I was interested in it for the following reasons:
-I actually like Georges St Pierre, the guy really earned his championship in the UFC, I mean check out his skills.
-I wanted to lean out and get into shape in the next few weeks. I figured that 8 weeks was a pretty good time length rather than the usual 90 days.
-The words 8 week training camp sounded pretty cool, so it made me curious. I like the idea of training with a top MMA fighter, (even if I’m not sure if he’s playing it up a bit).
-I wanted to see what kind of Ab workouts he would have people do, since he dedicates one DVD session to just abs/core. Anything that would help me get a good six pack, I would be open to trying.
-I felt like this was a workout I could do, even though I suspected there would be lots of sweat and burn involved.
-Just wanted to try it for the hell of it
